The staff were exceptional, especially Mostafa at reception and Ali, the masseur. The pool's cleanliness and the delightful meals created a truly enjoyable atmosphere during my stay.

The service here was stellar. staff like Ahmed Fouad at reception and Mohamed Abas from the restaurant truly made our week special. We also enjoyed the smoked meat dishes which were a highlight at mealtime. However, the room could use some updates, and the food variety was a bit lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly atmosphere and dedicated staff left us with great memories.

We had a fantastic time at the resort, especially enjoying the beautiful view of the lagoon from our bungalow. The kids loved the kids' club and the beach area was perfect for family fun. The staff made us feel right at home, offering excellent service during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could be more varied for children.

While the lagoon beach has potential, it lacks oversight. dirty pool edges and absent service make it less inviting. Guests wandering in clothes to the pool seem overlooked, with limited enforcement of rules—no one available to assist when needed. Although the room was cozy, the food could definitely use improvement, as some options felt stale and left a little to be desired.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hot weather made the room unbearably warm, and despite requesting air conditioning before check-in, it hadn’t been turned on. Additionally, the advertised amenities were lacking, and the TV channels offered were inadequate, which really diminished my experience.

Spent 3 nights at Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna in a Standard Room. The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool area offers a nice space for relaxation but right now, it’s quite cold, which deterred many from using it. The staff at the resort are genuinely friendly, especially the cleaning crew who do their best to make you feel special. However, the reception staff could use some improvement in organization. Upon check-in, I had to wait a long time for towels in the bathroom despite multiple calls. The Wi-Fi signal in some areas was weak too. For breakfast, the selection is decent but could use a bit more variety. Also, some utensils looked dirty, which was concerning. Overall, a solid stay for those seeking a peaceful getaway, but some updates in service and facilities would really enhance the experience.
